Start of Bull run

hi ,
can anyone out there tell me when exactly did the current bull run begin? The charting data in this site only provides up to 1 year. It seems to have been rising ever since. Also, do you guys have any good charting tool to recommend, preferably cheap or free ones, or is this site the best we can get?
