It's a java problem becoz two of my PC did the same thingy. I looked at the console and the java applet was hung. I believe the recent update resolved the issue.
Yah... I think it could be your Java version problem. Happened to me some time ago then I upgraded to new Java version.
could it be brokerage system's problems. I experienced using UOBKH, it hang very often; I switched to Poems now, never happen again.
Hi, there might be quite a few causes to your problem.
Might be your system's Java applets is not up-to-date. Upgrade to the latest version for free. That was what happened to mine.
Might be the server you are connected to the website is busy. Try changing to another server. Eg. In Poems, change the www1.poems.com.sg to www2, 3, 4.....9.
Might be your firewall (least possible). If so, allow the site to have full access to the internet.
which website are you in when it happen?
my system is connected via Singtel. I'm do not know anything about ISP.

Hi All, I am facing this problem, when the trading prices and volumes movements are slow and inactive at certain time, my pc tends to hang and no respond for about 2 ~ 3 minutes, as I discover that it could not be quiet down, as I click refresh and dicover prices and volumes have changed. This happen to my pc quite often, I am writing to seek help to resolve my situation. Apprecite your advise. Thank you.
