AURIC PACIFIC GROUP LIMITED on Auric Pacific Enterprise Pte Ltd ( A 100% own investment company of AURIC PACIFIC GROUP).
The principal activity of the Company is that of investment holding. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are food manufacturing, wholesale distribution of food and allied fast-moving consumer goods and investment holding.
The company has subscribed for more then 5% interest or 14,000,000 mil shares in China Angel Food .
BACKGROUND
The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 20 August 1988 to replace Cold Storage Hldgs Plc as the holding company of the Cold Storage group, a group of companies that has been involved in the retailing and distribution of food in Southeast Asia since 1903.
In 1993, the Goodman Fielder group bought a majority interest in the Group. After the sale of its retail business to Fitzpatrick Hldgs Pte Ltd in March 1993, the Company became known as Goodman Fielder Asia Ltd. In February 1995, GF Overseas Hldgs Pte Ltd sold its 63.8 percent holding in the Company to a consortium of three companies. Following the sale, the Company name was changed to Auric Pacific Group Ltd.
