Hi mikikhoo,

Assuming the price holds at 0.065, you are better off  to subscribe for the rights at 0.015

Your cost is 0.055 (0.04 + 0.015) and you can sell at 0.065

For 50 lots, your profit is $ 500 (excluding charges)

But the rights shares will only be issued on 18 Jul 07 and you can only trade on 19 Jul 07. The risk is 3 weeks of holding.

Hope this helps.

if i have 50 lots of teledata, pls advise if these following ar correct :

1) if i want to subscribe for the rights, i can go to ATM to pay for it.

2) if i don't want to subscribe, i can sell now in the market? Assuming price is 0.04 * 50K ( b4 brokerage fees ) i will get back $2000 cash now?

What do you think the price will be after execrise of rights? Assuming the price is 0.065 i was thinking which is a better option, to execrise the rights or sell away & take profits straight away?

Kindly advise?
