Counter has reached its ipo price of 14.5 cents and with such high vol traded,it looks like it is being taken over by Crescendas Ltd is for real this time.Previously this textile co was also nearly being bought over to be a construction co sometime in mar-april this year but deal fizzled out.Now the co has replied to SGX on 25 May that it is in the midst of some investment potential discussion
