Now just 1 cent above ipo price of 27cents and with a 1% dividend ex date 25 May and recomended by westcomb to reac 48 cents...this stock has good upside but limited downside.It has seen its worse when its price was bashed to 18cents.Understand that Temasek has also got an indirect stake in this co and Zaobao recomends to buy this counter on may 18
