China stocks are fading today.
Once CAO is listed the news fades according to the formula :
I= 1/D squared- I is impact of news
and D is number .of days.
This formula is borrowed from the physical world of light where I is the intensity of light and D is the distance from the source of light.
So after 2 days the impact of the news is 1/4,then 1/9 ,then1/16 .......
