CEI bollinger band has widened up.. but acc/dist, chaikin osci & RSI show downtrend... trading vol not consistent to be > 800k.. trade with care

 

CEI ( Vested) finally moving. Any "insider" information on this counter from all the Si fus out there? Looks good technically? or should I get out, I know it gives good dividend. Recent report of 10% stake in  new IPO company using internal funds. Please comment thanks
