My little concerns is it Aust $ against Sing $. If the currency fell against $, the earning will be off-set somehow....
I got 4 lots from Phillip Securities, they invest in different types of real estates mainly in Australia, and they also invest in car parks, childcare centres etc...should be good.
Anyone explores this new property securities fund? It aims to provide 8.6% payout each year. Any comments? Is it good?
