Not change of Share Registrar. Only SR's address change.

Did anyone find something funny, why is so many stock counter change of Share Registrar or Transfer Agent ? 2 such examples : Semitech and Asia Pharmacy and I also remember came across others during the past few weeks anouncement.



Is it that, no news and create some news or changing them can save on cost etc. ??? anyone can comment ? Thks.
