Because of this inconvenience, you could ask for the market depth for free. FYI, this function requires 10,000 rewards point for 1 mth
perhaps open another account with other broker firm ? So that when one is down, you still can trade with another firm.... Also, you will be able to read research reports etc from both firms.

You still need the intercom to talk to him,he is behind closed door.Ha ha
that's where the panic comes in... best is to live next to the broker's premises... so you can dash there if necessary... coz usually the phone lines are jammed during any server outage. :)

Have a broker account which u can call to trade but a bit higher in comminsion.
