Hi teeth53, please dont say that leh :)  Since its highest price was $2.29 and  this morning dip to $2.06, I just buy a few lots lor. Then try to contra  since STI  is now so high and correction due anytime mah :)  After joining this forum, got more guts lah.....

 

Hi Rickytan, my one lot from ipo, sold off liao, need $$$ for CNY, good luck to U. familyman, no $$$ like U to play Stock.

 

Hi teeth53, are you still holding to your 1 lot from IPO ?  FYI, today I bought at $2.06 and contra at $2.14 . Made some kopi money...

FYI: Just to refresh ur mind. If U have spare $$$ (Keep)  x 0 x 0 Hi IreneL, Another of my flavour stock. Epure, did my home work, good stock, sold on 1st day, now trading at $1.25c. There is many opportunities out in IPO stocks, a few good solid stock like in this case capitalChina retail trust ipo at $1.13c kena one lot, Keep it as long as U can, even for next generation. For memory, pass it down.

Hi RickyTan, No chance liao, every1 said it's expensive at $1.80c, unless mkt do a big correction, so wait lohh...maybe below $1.33c, so hold 1st, my one lot $1.13 "Lei Ahh"."Yeow yeow sum", thk Yahh.

FYI: Personnal Opinion Only. This's long term stock, China Olympic 08 coming...Can C CRCT by 2009 oso coming...at today px $1.30c. NAV 1.4 times oni (look cheap for investing Institutes). Soon to test 2 bucks, jus my tot. I tink tink last Fri can oni hit $1.68 at best, never tot (never under estimate) it hit & tested $1.85c on the very 1st traded day, sooner then later the CRCT px will move again. Would oso like to make shortise aware don fight those top boys. A point to notes is if Capitaland can move $2/- to now $6/- and CMT can give 1 lot even to those vested with a minimum of 1 lot (weather U hold 1 or 1,000 lots). I don C Y CRCT can't move. They R from same stable. The same management is running those show, big short cheongg.....ahh.

 

Congrats teeth53, you are always so lucky in IPO  !!!  So did you buy in more since got so much upside ?  If not, must buy when during market correction .....

Oic. Thanks alot! Hmm...any other website that offers a one page view of IPO price vs 1st day closing price? One page view of all companies I mean..like shareinvestor.com , it shows IPO price vs current price only.

 

Hi Leyeme, 1st day ipo px vs 1st day closing ??. See www.sgx.com.sg, click on stock that U R interest to know, eg Synear, then click on it stock perfromance (current year) and U Be there.

 

Hello, I m new here.. Can someone tell me which website can I get to see IPO price vs 1st day closing price? Alot of websites show IPO price vs current price only..but I m looking at 1st day closing price for a guage.

 

1) CRCT newly listed trust now owns 7 chinese malls, worth S$690million, and it is expected to reach S$3 billion in asset size by 2009..News from CNA.

2) CapitalLand will be injecting more mall into CRCT as early as nety year.

3) CapitalLand has oredi mooted plans for secondary listing CRCT in China pending receptive reaction from chinese market, added another Reit is a real possibility to add value to it.

4) Just my tot. At $1.80c wif this price, its NAV is 1.4 times oni, still look cheap to investing, base on 690 million current asset size and by year 2009 reaching 3 billion in asset, rough estimate in it current trading price can test beyond 2-2.5 bucks shortly, mid term a possible 4 times it current trading price range.

Recommend HOLD..Best Regards. My personnal opinion ONLY.
