another way to check is also to compare the Oversold list against the Overbought list.
If more Overbought than Oversold, its a bull market!
It is certainly a sign of bull market. But, it has also alerted me the need to be more cautious now as there will be corrections before the bull is charging again.
I just took a look at the 52 week high and low stock lists on sharejunction. There are more than 170 stocks approaching 52 week high and only 91 stocks approaching 52 week low.
Is this a sign of bull market?
