
It is quite accurate. And that about liquidity is quite true.
TA is technical analysis or trend prediction using charts like moving averages.... some people consider it on par with voodoo and fortune telling but I have found it to be pretty accurate. :)
My rule of thumb is that a stock should consistently have daily volumes of at least above 1 million. Anything below that is not liquid enough for me.
