Actually, I think there will be no effect. Because I heard that the first blast was a failure and that the second blast is even smaller than the first one, people will heave a sigh of relief.

My personal opinion - this is a good time for the UN to do something about the crazy dictator in N. Korea. His nuclear tests are not working right and now world opinion is against him.

It is confirmed the 2nd test is done ! But the magnitude of 100 ton is much less than the 1st blast ! Unless I hear wrongly, I interpret that US mentioned that N.Korea will pay a severe price for this test ! Thus, this is a concern and I think the SGX will "Lau Sieh" for the whole day liao !!!

 

Just heard on CNN that there could be a 2nd nuke test coming in North Korea.
