How many stocks do you know which have a 5-year track record of great growth? Typically, they would be small- or mid-caps. Their stock prices track their business performance. I know of one - Best World. Even after rising strongly since IPO in 2004, it's still trading at only 6.9X forward PE for year '07.
This year, the stock has moved sideways. Sooner or later, it will have its turn in the sun, surely. Just look at its growth:
FY 01: Net profit $0.27m
FY 02: Net profit $1.1 m (up 307% )
FY03: Net profit was $3 m (up 165%.)
FY 04: Net profit was $5 m (wow, up 69%)
FY 05: Net profit $8.5 m (wow, up 68%)
* Annualised FY '06: $11.4 m (up 29%)
H1 '06" Net profit $5.7 m ( up 32%).
