Looks like this IPO is luke-warm in long term. Just pressed 50 lots for obligation sake.1  positive news though, read yesterday that they are venturing into bearings for passenger car market next year.  Could be a boost.

Hi,

Just buy the report from NetResearch when they publish after lunch ! Some points I do not quite understand, it stated this IPO is stagnant based on the blended PE from DCF and peer's comparison, the trading fair value for 1st day should be 0.34c only with their IPO at 0.32. The only way it relay on is the China Stock market sentimental. Thus I think this stock as compare to Sino Tech Fibre is not that good.

Phillip Cap is not strong in ipo but this will still rise due to the bullish sentiment sweeping the world.

This IPO is worth trying. Only issue is whether you are lucky enough to be allotted. Even one or two lots will earn you enough kopi money, I think.

Company specializes in manufacturing bearings used in
automobiles and other machines used in China's industrial and agricultural sectors (for all industries useage as well).

It small ipo tranches of 61 miliions offer shares making it a very hoty stock may not be enough for those big boys appetite and it shares mat trade on opening day beyond it grey mkt px.

It's just my personnal opinion oni, (not an inducement to trade).
