Reits Market

Now there are news or even some stock brokers advise to avoid REITs. And most already dip more than 10c to 30c. Or even more. My point of view is
1) do some study and pick a few good in FA
2) buy and keep some when price dip badly especially during fear
3) when everybody trying to avoid with fear & price dip! You enter! But don't use up all your bullets!
