Hi,

Group= holding co performance plus its subsidiaries companies and assiciated companies performance less all inter companies transaction within the group.

Company=holding co's own performance.

Group NAV less than Co NAV -----it may due to some of its subsidiaries' perfromance not as good as its holding co.

Hi, in the financial statements announcement on SGX website, there are group and company figures for EPS and NAV. Anyone can explain the difference between group and company? Saw one   with company NAV higher than group NAV, why is this the case? Many thanks in advance
