Oxley Hldg - Uptrend stock

This is strong.  Although volumn not high, but  have potential upside and minimum downside. It is a good stock to buy rather than WE which  so many buy hoping  it will reach 0.15  soon. In the end, many loss money.

 

Mgt bgt some of their own stks at 0.33 recently as well.....so seems quite positive on fundamental and technical as well
