He may hav to mortgage North to China to save his skin n live in his cage. No more 2nd chances liao.

His small loss compared to greater gains if N.K neighbors decide to make peace by offering resources, is nothing.

almost all of North Korea is wipe off the map, by int'l forces w/o the help from China North is long gone liao.

I don't think North Korea has nuclear weapon. Even if she has, I doubt it will really work. To bring down North Korea is much more easier than fighting the Iraq war. If war started, stock market around the world will crash initially. After that, it will depend whether NK is able to throw their so called nuclear weapon in USA. If they can't and the war is similar as Iraq where only missles are used, then stock market will recover within a few days or even 1-2 days only. But if nuclear weapon really land in USA, then this is serious and it will take quite some time to recover. Whatever, get ready to buy medical and construction stocks a when the market crash.
Now that the young Kim has made so much noise,I think he might order a limited strike on S.Korea as a way to tamp down hostilities.The attack would not be nuclear nor a barrage of massive artillery aimed at south.I think a small attack might be on the card such as sinking S.Korea corvette which they did to Cheonan in Mar 2010 killing 46 sailors or a punitive strike on Yeonpyeongdo island in same year Nov during which a U.S.-South Korea military exercise was held.
He is likely to carry out a small deadly attack to display his might in order to get a better economic bargaining concession.This will be his showtime and the best start for a young and relatively unknown leader going forward.If he do not carry out anything after making some much noises it will be a boo boo for him and his trust from close adviser and militarian veteran will be eroded.

Ans : Every neighboring country that have a stable economy.
What has N.K got to lose ?
Ans : Nothing much to lose anyway since they don't have natural resources.
What's the best way for the neighboring countries to do to protect their interests ?
Ans : Offer resources as peace.
This is the best outcome I can think of. N.K is cfm going to take up the offer as peace offerings. There will never be a war. And N.K will not step down until he is offered a peace option cos he's ego is at stake. That should be his plan all along.
Most likely if he started it. But will have affect on market. Bird flu on china affected already. If the war broke out. Then even those good company will face huge sell down. I think so. Lol
I believe he is well aware that his country will become history in a very short time if he really starts a war.

According to the normal statistical values, there should have been 48 cases of cancer and 17 cases of leukemia within the above mentioned circle of 5 km around the atomic power plants. Test others wise indicated, 77 cases of cancer (60% more than expected) and 37 cases of leukemia (117% more than expected).
A person directly involved in the study mentioned to Spiegel online, that there might be human at higher risk for leukemia even within a circle of 50 km around nuclear power plants.
