I heard a strong rumour about more property cooling measure to be released soon...since yesterday.
Suspect that it may be announced on Friday after mkt close. Hence all prop counters falling like flies. Think will fall furthur on Monday.
Go short property counters
see capital land like that ...i also dun wanna be stubborn.

The rumour by yahoo right e blogger? I doubt it . Gov not ready to lose e golden egg. Lol or i hope so
This time, it is going to be different form the last round of curb, when we see property counter been sold down then only to rise up again.
I think this round will be more serious.
I dont know, there is this rumour going around that the authority is coming out a property loan curb, just like the car loan recently.
Tomorrow property counter may com down ,notice today City and kep already down.
