Wouldn't government policies affect the reits in the future?
But their yields are still above 6%... That's the problem but a good problem to be faced with... Lol!!!
This year, the S-reits price has gone up so much. Suntec, maplretree etc.. all reached all time high. I am planning to take some profits already. Any views and thoughts from fellow members?
