Decreasing number of Sg millionaires reported.

Recent surveys by the media showed that the number of Singapore millionaires is decreasing.  Has the impact of the Euro crisis hit our shores or is it that businesses had been bad locally or that most of our rich lost in investments, stocks or overseas businesses? Who are the beneficiaries? Is it that some liquidity has filtered down to the less well-offs thus showing a good sign of money circulating well (vicious cycle?), or if not where do their money go to?  Actually, almost every month there is a few millionaires as a result of hitting the toto jackpot.  How to say millionaires are decreasing?
