Transcu is a suspended stock which was suspended for nearly
up to one year.
Its TOTAL CURRENT Liabilities is MORE than TOTAL current
assets, and the rationale for it to function as listed firm is not ideal, as it
has problems acquiring cash and fundings to alleviate its cashflow problems.
This is a meeting by Management, i.e. the CEO and CFO and
COO exclusively for shareholders only.
