anyone been watching the daily volumes? seems to me theres some quiet accumulation....
well gavin im still holding on to liongold..guess ill just take a gamble this time. thanks for the advice though:) i sure hope the something that is brewing is good news!

We resume coverage of LionGold Corp Ltd (LIGO) following its success in achieving majority ownership of ASX listed Signature Metals Limited (Signature), thus paving the way for production growth in Ghana – pending only the formal completion of the acquisition. As at 15 Mar 2012, the company had a 59.5% interest in Signature. The offer ends on 27 Mar 2012. Our updated model values LIGO at S$1.18 per share (with a bull case scenario valuation of S$1.93 and base case scenario value of S$0.77 respectively for its gold mining division).

Just sold off at 1.065.
This morning,sharesinvestor got report that Liongold propose replacement shares at 1.035,
which means ppl will not pay more.
But they have to push up the price to make it look attractive.

To be frank,after clearing my first batch at 1.035,
I cant resist and bought some more at 1.05.
Sitting at a loss at the moment and furthermore tomorrow wont be free to monitor.
Have to pray hard hard because a lot of Sifus dont think the market is going to sustain.

Pump all the way to 1.09 from 0.96 then plunge to 1.03.
I think better stay away from this counter.

Will it gap up or gap down?, will it ask for a halt..?. will SGX Exch plan something for Liongold or a Liongate?.

Why so lelong one, this horse?. after trading hours STOP at 5pm, 13 million shr all eaten up and reflect no seller at all.....something real funny and oso to beat SGX system...isit?.
It will surge to the price being offered by the buyer. I'm not very experience though, just having witnessed a few takeover and privatization ..
