My super bold prediction:- Interest Rate going to

High mortgage owners, esp landed houses, high pte properties going to DIE pain pain... with high property prices, its not to go anywhere...they cannot sell and they need to bite the bullets and pay a lot of interest $$ to banks!!! Banks earned. Huat big time. Can sustain, good, cannot sustain, cut pte properties to cut loss... :)  Only maybe HDBs can sustain the impact... slowly... and slowly....   downnn.........   Whats the results:??? 1. Penny Stocks going to shoot all UP!!! Other major stocks indices will climb up. Everyone must know where the $$$ flowing to. Cannot say which ones, those u never ever EXPECTED! 2. Properties going to crash all down!!! esp landed properties, which is speculated TOO high up... and clever measures kicked in, now a lot of developers wanting to sell , and with " curbing" incoming population, lets expect a smalll and smalll bomb.... soft landing and then hard landing... however, those foreigners will not gain much anyway, as their jobs will not be secure as siliporeans.... they will have to pack up.   Properties will in the end finally lag behind stocks, producing an equilibrium.  Stocks will finally PREVAIL in the long run against properties!   Coocoobond will never be wrong! Dont frame me, its a super bold prediction! Ignore at own risks. : )
