I agree with you.
If you are an experienced trader, there is really nothing new to learn there.
For beginners, these courses may have value to them, but they should know that the information in these courses can be found in many trading and investing books.
In fact, you can find these information free on the internet, just that you need to search for them.
Some of these courses do provide system to scan the stock market, which is really good for beginners.
I can scan the SGX, with my naked eyes, within 30 mins and find the good trading stocks. And I can spot these counters way before these scanners can pick it up in a day or two, or maybe not at all. I'm not bragging, I believe all experience traders can do this.
FYI, I do use these scanners. That's why I know their value, but I mainly use them for HKSE and NYSE. These scanners are useful if you are playing Bigger markets. But for SGX, it's a little under-utilized.
Frankly speaking, warrenbegger is right, there is no short cuts. Even with these information, support and tools, you'll still have to goes through all the steps.
Trading is like learning how to ride a bicycle. You can read all the books, observes how others ride and even have supporting wheels. But in the end, you'll still need to fall and learn how to ride yourself. The good news is once you know how to ride the bicycle, you know how to ride for life.

If you have money, you can attend some of these courses, but like what Hulumas said, DIY is still the best.
I've not attended T3B course before, but I do know that they uses breakout method.
To me, I personally don't like this method because by the time a stock breakout, it's already too late to enter.
I used to think that attending these courses are a waste of money, but they do provide a different prospective to trading.
At the moment, the most complete Technical Analysis course that I know of is ChartNexus course, which I think is more suitable for beginners.

LOL,
I think my friend told me how T3B indicators works, its just based on a simple theory and doesn't require any software. They just programmed it into a software to collect more $$ from public.
