Ossia, which manufactures footwear, said in a statement that it will sell 80% of its two Hong Kong subsidaries for HK$600 million to a Chinese sportswear retail company. At 26/10 close, Ossia had a market cap of US$62 million.

Can someone confirm that Ossia special dividend is 0.50c or 0.005c for each share before 18% tax? Thanks.

 

Ossia broke resistance of 24c today with record volume(at least for the past year). Nice trending stock to look out for. I am vested :)

 

Move up to a high of 24c today, anyone care to comment.

 

Ossia is moving up slowly from 15c to 20c lately. Watchout for this counter.
