答：不行。現在TDR只能進行單邊兌換，即TDR可自由兌換為原 股，但原股不能隨時轉換，需申請，且也要有一定數量才會划算， 因透過承銷商，要收手續費。所以須是大股東才能進行此種套利。 另外TDR雖可自由兌換為原股，但TDR價格高， 不會有人拿高價的去換低價。
問題15：我可以先放空價格高的TDR，再買進原上市地的股票， 賺價差嗎？
答：理論上可以。但台灣規定，TDR上市後半年才能融資融券， 所以，現階段不行。
問題16：那等TDR能夠融資融券時，我是不是就可以做套利？
答：可以。你可以先放空高價，然後買進低價。舉例來說， 十一月二十七日 泰金寶TDR每股收盤價是五．三元，原上市地收盤價是二． 八八元，相差二．四二元，如果要賺價差，可以先放空泰金寶TDR ，然後同時在泰國買進原股，等到價差縮小，這時，就回補泰金寶T DR，然後賣掉泰金寶，完成套利。

答：任何套利都有風險。TDR套 利風險如下：一、流動性風險。 不同市場的交易量不同，要留意賣不掉的風險。二、匯率風險。 跨境的套利還牽扯到外幣兌換，會有匯率風險。三、交易風險。 例如港股沒有漲跌幅限制，台股有七％漲跌幅限制，因此， 港股變化較快，很可能會導致當初設定的套利價格出現變化， 讓報酬率降低。
