Pse refer to SGX website announcement (financial/dividend) for Neratel under last three months - briefing of results dated  25 October 2006. .  Merger approved according  to Eltek ASA website.  Formal announcement has not been made, that's why it has not appeared in ST, BT or Today.

Yes,  dividend will be paid to you on 13 Nov (if you have an "electronic payment for share" (EPS) a/c),as long as it was bought b4 ex date.  U r not a speculator, r u?

I may be right abt pending announcement.  Very unusual for ex-date to be b/f w/o anouncement, at least on SGX website, leh.. Share has been firming up the whole morning.,  catalyst for break out after merger announcement?.  Can smell a rat?  Try to trap it before it scuttles away!

Aiyah, ex-dividend  brought forward from  Fri 3Nov (according to earlier announcement)  to 31 Oct.  Sorry, there wasn't any announcement to b/f the date.  Could it be due to an impending annoucement abt approved merger?  Anyone out there who knows the reason for ex to be b/f.  Px fully corrected, but still holding well.
