Uncondional Takeover offer

What's up?  Any one can shed light on why NeraElec is suddenly active today (top 20) with Neratel also creeping upwards a bit (but with low volume)

 

I have a question on unconditional offer. Recently, Nera Elec. is accepting unconditional offer for all remaining shares it currently does not owned. It's very easy to understand that I will receive a certain amout of cash if I accept the offer. The question is, what if I don't?


Two possibilities:

1. I do not accept and take up rate is less that 90%. Then what happen? The company will continue to be listed and traded? There is no impact on me then?
2. I do not accept and take up rate is more that 90%. Then offerer has the option to take the company private. Then what happen to me?

Pls enlighten me on this. I hate to see that some company offer to buy out another company at a price less than the IPO in this case....
