NSL CHEMICALS, a subsidiary of NSL Limited, has agreed to sell its entire 100% stake in NSL CHEMICALS (Thailand) Limited
(NSLT) to SCG Chemicals Limited for S$328.3 millions. A lot of cash on hand, maybe big angpow on the way.
NSL one of my star performer,

today up with high volume. dun know the reason.

why is it no movements for such an established company? anybody can assist me with some information on this stock?
The counter with good yield and management. I think its construction division should beneficial from economy booming...
