Not sure whether tomorrow can exceed .. 0.2
and GSH is going into building materials business (if I am not wrong) ?

Their building materials business is dead and they are going to exploration and mining.   Hence the RTO.
So there is no relation to their existing business and they are being swallowed by the new team in charge of exploration and mining.   So its entirely a new play.

isn't this what we want for penny play?   Anyway its a RTO so the basis is the coal mining rights they obtained from the RTO.
This stock is being played. the company has no whatsoever value. Should be dropping real soon
it is rocking man...check it out

i was asking opinion on this stock as well in my earlier post lol.. im cautious as the volume traded is low, and it seems like NH ceramics going into coal which doesnt seem to have much relation in what they are doing now.. and also not sure if they have the capability to acquire or not.. what i feel is that if unsure, better not vest.. that's just my opinion though.. im a new member and u a senior here bro lol..

i guess 59 cents should be 5.9 cents instead..

Besides the quoted 32million in my earlier post, i found this 3.2billion shares that tally with your source, bro investment.. but it should be 5.9cents
" The purchase price payable by the Company for all the issued shares of the Targets
held by the Vendors shall be equivalent to US$150,000,000 (i.e. S$187,500,000
based on the agreed exchange rate of US$1:S$1.25) (the “Purchase Price”), which
shall be satisfied in entirety by the allotment and issue of 3,177,966,101 new ordinary
shares in the share capital of the Company (the “Consideration Shares”) to the
Vendors or their respective nominees at an issue price of S$0.059 per Consideration
Share.  "

i wonder why they also say placement of 32 million new shares.. so it's 3.2 billion or 32million? if it's 3.2billion, then they are really like an ant trying to swallow the anteater

dear bro investment, can post the link that u saw? i dont believe 3.2 billion shares at 59 cents per share lol.. NH ceramics like quite thin in cash, current asset to liabilities ratio not super high.. dunno if it can swallow this deal.. kinda weird for a building material/finishing supplier to become interested in coal? does the management has the expertise in this area of business?
Does it worth to buy this share.
Saw this article on Thursday business times.
Should be 5.9 cts per share. A lot of difference :)

NH Ceramics will undergo a reverse takeover that will transform the building and finishing materials supplier into a investment group with coal assets.
It said it has entered into a termsheet with five parties to buy over the BlackGold Group, which is made up of two investment companies BlackGold Asia Resources Pte Ltd and BlackGold Energy Limited, for US$150 million (S$187.5 million).
The five vendors are: Twin Gold Ventures S.A., Rockfield Lake Limited, Cerenti Investments Ltd, Novel Creation Holdings and Kaalasona Limited.
As payment, NH Ceramics will allot and issue 3.2 billion new company shares to them at 59 cents per share. This will make up 91.2 per cent of the company's enlarged share capital post-acquisition.
