Retail players queue to sell. Any BBs want to buy?
Nice move yesterday. MFI is moving up, fresh funds coming in. Credit Suisse is now a substantial shareholder. Good luck. Expect a recovery this financial year.
Here is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.
Some financials:
2005: profit US$3.345m, 2006: loss US$2.904m
Net operating cash flows: US$0.2m (2005), US$2m (2006)
Cash per share: $0.135
Price/NTA: 1.33x
Comments:
Like what I have been emphasising, cash flows is the life blood of the company. So in the case of Nucleus, I believed the stock actually got depressed after reporting FY06 loss. The stock has since recovered after Credit Suisse raised its stake to above 5%.
Price/NTA is cheap in view of bullish market sentiments.
Company is also cash rich, and this has been the company's tradition, to ensure that it can keep itself afloat during bad times.
Overall, I must say that this company has increased cash flows despite reporting a loss. The losses are therefore from non-operational items. Operations wise, it is profitable.
