I think short term is down.. Esp when they announce their result. It may go down further. If you need the money then u hv to decide whether to bite the pain/cut loss( base on yr own decision). Once it breakdown 38 cents then it may retest 32 cents...Can consider to buy back when it is 30 cents..

I think profit warning here is to be expected given the curbs of train investment in China. But also think it will recover given time. Sooner or later China has to resume their train lines expansion.
As for CEO resigning, alluding to Noble I believe.
To be fair, the Noble CEO was not long in the job having just taken over about one year ago. But I guess he was a victim of circumstance. The real problem with Noble is, this kind of resulting losses couldn't have come from just one year's management. They were results of policies implemented from before that used to work but are now turning sour. So even with CEO resigning and old CEO stepping, does this turn the situation around ?
My call is stay clear of both but for longer term, Midas can consider buying when drop further. But must have patience to wait for a few years now.
