can somebody shed some light on Metro ? looks like it's stuck at an odd range ?

Shui On Land is old news. Company already went public.....think in Aug/Sep?...so price already taken into account.

But, based on fundementals, NAV is about $1.13 (?) compared to mkt price of 81cts. So,there is a disc on NAV.

Thought that there might be something in that Metro might stand to benefit from its investment in Shui On Land in Hong Kong?

    
   

 

Volumes not too good... TA may not be accurate. I think it going to be stagnant or downtrend slightly.
