I m rather new to TA, need some clarification.

According to the charts, it seems to be a downward trend or rather potential downward, but prices for the past 2 days have been pointing up. Any explaination?

Looks like this MIIF goes down when Babcock and Brown goes up. Afterall, B & B got the Alinta deal. On a serious note, this MIIF has good yield, and fundamentally good as well. Am vested.

Hi Novocaine,

I think you have to make your own decisions yourself because your philosophy and investing objectives may be different from mine. Smiley

From TA charts, this one looks moderately bearish. It has a stagnant Acc/Dist and a declining Chaikin line

This counter is fundamentally very strong..TA wise is on a strong bullish uptrend. Price is well supported by div yield of which guidance is yet to be announced..if u take last year div the yield is still way higher than reits..My strong gut feeling is mgt will up yield significanly this year..recently acquired wireless grid via arqiva..ongoing asian acquisition opportunities..

This counter possess strong potential upside via acquisitions and organic growth..price well supported by div yields..good counter to hold long term..wont be surprised if target price goes up from ave 1.25 in future..and upcoming 1st half div is normally in September..after H1 results announcement which is in august..

it has already been going up since 1.11... i dun think you have much upside unless you get in at low entry point 1.0 plus or 1.1 cause i think it will meet resistance @ 1.2 plus... you wun get much returns unless you buy a whole chunk. Besides, the 2nd dividend wun be until NOV...

Recent dividend just paid out so you may have to wait for the next cycle.

Why buy today's all time high record price unless you have facts that the stock price will continue to appreciate?  Why not buy at the known support level, 1.00, 1.04 or 1.08?

Today's the fourth session its hitting a look-to-be resistance at 1.13.  Though the trend is still strong, the CCI has taken a turn.

dear all,

This stock looks like quite stable.. not increasing in value but dividends seem to be attractive.

Dear all, pls suggest is it worth buying at 1.13 / 1.14 today price. Their website (http://www.macquarie.com/miif/index.html) claim to provide annualised yield of 8.6%.

Also in addition to this upcoming asian acquisitions in pipeline..

MIIF Portfolio

Subject to financial close, MIIF will own 8.7% of the merged NGW/Arqiva business, which

will make up 30.7% of MIIF?s investment portfolio.

MIIF continues to develop a strong pipeline of Asian investment opportunities, which it

expects will lead to investments in accretive Asian infrastructure assets this year. MIIF has

the option of utilising its existing debt facilities and opportunistically divesting some of its

non-Asian assets to fund its Asian deal pipeline. This leaves MIIF with substantial capacity

and flexibility to pursue its Asian focus.

=====================================================

R

includes accrued interest of £14m

==Comprises new facilities of £3,400m drawn to £2,625m, less repayment of existing debt of £832m which=

Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund Limited 4=

Distribution impact

The acquisition is forecast to be yield-accretive to MIIF allowing more flexibility to grow its

distributions over time.
