THE former business high-flyer Victor Tan pleaded guilty yesterday
to 21 charges over the multi-million-dollar scandal at Accord Customer
Care Solutions (ACCS), the firm he founded.
Tan, 34, standing calmly in the dock wearing a red shirt and dark tie, took his plea firmly.
The former chief executive (CEO) had initially intended to claim trial
on the 99 charges he faced. But on Monday, the case was postponed to
yesterday when a guilty plea was taken, so avoiding a lengthy trial.
