PER CANCEL SH SGD 1.6026 ONE-TIER TAX
PER CANCEL SH SGD 0.6174
Saw from the SGX website these 2 outstanding entitlement for M1 shareholders -
1. Can someone kindly explain to me, how much money would these translate to per 1 lot of M1 share?
2. How would the M1 share prices be affected after the XE? In my mind, I thought after share cancellation, there would be less outstanding shares = more EPS if the earning remains constant!
Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
No momentum in play.

Still downtrending... be cautious
Hi ruanlai,
I basically use the same charts (Acc/Dist, Chaikin, Bollinger, William %R and RSI) and techniques over and over again. To me, there are only 3 possible trend outcomes from reading the charts -
(1) Uptrend
(2) Downtrend
(3) Stagnant
Because I do speed reading of the charts (2-3 mins) per counter, I usually just post the final conclusions on the forum to save time.

Singaporegal,
After observing your post in this forum under different topics, your comments to me seem like the same.
"From its TA charts, it may be downtrending now"
I would appreciate if you can enlighten the readers here for more details of your views, not everytime the same comments without further details....
Thank you.
but thought they got announcement for buy back program at $2.22 per shares by June. Will this affect the stock price ? Saw that price now is $2.11, up by 3 cents .. does this means that if i continue to keep this stock until june, i will still earn profit ?
From its TA charts, it may be downtrending now
Any possibilities of for stock to rise ?
Thought they mentioned that going to buy back program. How come the price is still dropping ...
I agree with Kilroy.
I generally use EOD data also but do not use intraday data. I find that as the timeframe decreases the volatility increases.

Well its not that its impossible. You can use Technical Analysis on different time frames. Daily, Weekly, Monthly or even intraday and within intraday, you can even look and use to trade at 4 hourly, 1 hourly, 30 mins or by the ticks.
For stocks, I personally am looking at End of Day data which means a daily chart. What I meant in my earlier post is that that Technical Analysis will NOT be able to anticipate a SUDDEN market crash, however after the crash, we can again use TA to determine if the strength of the bear is going to subside OR continue.
I am not sure if what I said make sense to you. :p
Sorry, I m still a newbie in TA, is it impossible to look at TA during major correction?
Invalid after two days of market crashes. Have to reassess again when its calm after the storm. :p
Wats the idea price of entry using TA?
