Low Keng Huat's Q4 net profit jumps 151% on construction

Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited reported on Monday net profit for the fourth quarter ended January 31, 2010 rose 151 per cent from the previous fiscal year to S$15.05 million.
As a result, net profit for the full year rose 114 per cent to S$62.93 million.
Earnings got a boost from the increased contributions from construction segment for projects Meritus Mandarin Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel at Sentosa and nex at Serangoon Central Mall.
Revenue for the quarter rose 15 per cent to S$145.38 million, boosting full year revenue to S$595.45 million.
The higher revenue was due to the increase in construction revenue offset by the decrease in hotel revenue. Development revenue and investment revenue were not significant.
It declared a first and final dividend of 3 cents a share, up from 1.5 cents a share the previous year.
The proposed dividend will be paid on June 23, 2010. |

Are they involve in Minton Rise development ? anyone got any idea when it would be launch ? and how would this impact the profit for LKH ?

How u know BB buying heavily? i see lots of selling in big pockets as well.
