Up again today.  Will Longcheer report good news in the coming Full Year results?
Vested

Longcheer went up again today. When is the AGM? Very curious to hear what is happening. Also, Longcheer's website is permanently down!
The 22 July 2013 Special General Meeting was for passing a motion on Capital Reduction.

Possibilities in the next 2 weeks
- announce hugely positive full year results
- declares one time special dividend (it did that before, plus it recently had a capital reduction)
- announce share buyback scheme for shareholders
- announce major contract wins

Surprise that the shares went up again today.

  Anyone got any concrete news?
pump and dump . be careful
Stock jumped another 10% today!!! Did they announced anything at today's SGM?

I noted a jump of more than 10% today in Longcheer price, highest in a long time.  Going to SGX website, I noticed that their 3Q results ending 31 Mar 2013 was mostly positive with revenue gain of 254% and profit increase to 19m from loss of 14m previously.  Seems to be paying back bank loans significantly.
And now, they have shares-buy announcement yesterday and also Special General Meeting on 22 July 2013 to call for capital reduction.
Does anyone know what is going on?
