go to the coy website read for their future plans...there will be acquisitions...invest if u bliv in the indon market which is quite resilient to euro and world downturns...meaning in time to time gearing will be up. fyi, there are other threads on lippomalls, pls go read there find more opinions too.

Among all the REITS in Singapore, LMIR has the lowest gearing of only 9.3%. While the general consensus is that the lower the gearing, the safer the investment (lesser debt), is it healthy to have a gearing of < 10%? are they under borrowing?
Your thoughts?
