is there an M&A deal heating up.
The placement is 300 million, not 3 million, shares. After this exercise, the shares will be consolidated. Anyway, it's a good price (4.2c) with Ho Lee as a new shareholder, I expect the share price to break 5c upon resumption of trade.
To issue 300,000,000 placement share @0.042each.
