It does not consistently move up everyday, normally at the closing, it will drop to below 0.40.

i do believe the construction industry run will push Kian Ann uphill too...gd to hold on to this counter
Watch this counter closely! Still maintaining my previous fair value of ard $0.4 to $0.5 based on PE ratio. TA also indicates buy based on MACD and MA crossover. With Spore construction sector on the run, strongly believe Kian Ann will post higher profits margin and better financial result.

I believe this counter has a great potential for this year. With 2 IRs coming and property boom in Spore, it will be positively impacted. Current PE ratio of ard 10X (based on today's closing $0.295) is still attractive. Believe in fair price of around 40 to 50 cents.
