The company needs time to sort out the rights and excess rights applications. If you use ATM to apply and they deducted our money, then your application should be in. The Kepland rights shares will be issued on 11 Jun 09. Probably can see it in the CDP on 12 Jun morning before trading starts.

Your 1800 shares should be confirmed. The excess 200 - you may or may not get it: up to the company. Priority will be accorded on rounding of odd lots.

Correction has been done for 2 days....for this Capitalland and KeppelLand. Any idea how long will it stop?

 

Yes, your 1000 'old' mother shares can be sold anytime. 

At this point, these 1000 mother shares has no relationship with your 900 rights entitlement and 1100 excess rights application.

As regarding to the Kepland rights, i was holding only 1000 mother shares of Kepland, and i had already paid 900 share plus 1100 exess rights before 2/6

I mean I got 2000 Mother share on hand, I already paid 1800 share via ATM before 02/06.

If I sell my 2000 mother share before 12/06/09, ( you can sell these 2000 ANYTIME, dont have to wait for 12June.)

Can i still keep the 1800 Rights ?(YES, you will have your 1800 rights converted to new shares around 12June, if your payment are in order)

what do you mean by you bought 1800 Rights? did you buy nil-paid rights in market?

have you PAID for the rights via ATM, deadline over already at 930pm just now.

Just a reminder,  today is last day, or CLOSING date for Rights payment,   2 June.


Please remember to pay up your nil-paid rights by 9pm tonight via ATM, or else it become worthless after that.

 

Can anybody enlighten me re:

- payment for KepLand rights on 2 June &

- new shares (from exercise of rights) come out on market on 12 June, did I get dates correct?

Remember one very important thing. It is in number of shares, not lots. I make a stupid mistake during capitaland by enter in lots. :(

Payment is 2 june,  new issues about 12 June, therefore, you can check around June 12 on the new shares

Hi, bro, when can we start to buy the right from ATM - OCBC or UOB because today go to press but nothing show the right for the Kepland  at both bank ??
