this is really a junk stock... i dont think Peterlim is wise this time.. i will never buy stocks related with peterlim next time, some say he is warrenbuffett of sg, i think he is far from it... haha.
anyway, decided not to buy more even if price comes down...
Even if top volume, better dont touch, its more of pump and dump...
guys, u may short it down! |

July last year Peter Lim made his move become major shareholders, its less than 1 year, hard to tell how the company business will be, for long term investors, 1 yr is still early....for some investors may not lose faith, yet others may have lost the patient....vested for long term.

This one seems no movement.
Usually, i never liked to buy penny , kenna stuck with this one.....hope its not like China gao xian.......knnn!

REA and RES Examinations
2010-12-15
The RES Examination will be held on the 2nd weekend (Sat and Sun) of every month. In Jan 2011, it will be held on 22 and 23 Jan 2011 and the frequency may be increased depending on demand. The fee for each RES examination (2 Papers) is $230 per candidate (excl GST). More information can be obtained from Informatics and NTUC Learning Hub as shown below.
The REA Examination will be held on the 4th week (Wed, Thurs and Fri) of Jan, Mar, May, Jul Sep and Nov. In Jan 2011, it will be held on 26 to 28 Jan 2011. The frequency may be increased depending on demand. The fee for each REA examination (3 Papers) is $330 per candidate (excl GST). More information can be obtained from Informatics as shown below.
Examination Requirements to note:
a) New entrants will need to complete the exam preparatory course conducted by an CEA Approved Course Provider and attained at least 75% course attendance; and possess 4 GCE "O" level passes or equivalent qualifications before applying for the RES examination.
b) Only existing salespersons whose names have been submitted by their agencies to the Council For Estate Agencies by the 22 October 2010, will not be required to attend the RES course before applying for the RES examination.
c) Those partial CEHA pass candidates registered with the Council for Estate Agencies will be allowed to retake the remaining Papers within two years from the first examination date. This concession will expire end Dec 2012
To apply for the examinations, please register directly with CEA's Appointed Exam Administrators.
