Technically, what is the fair value for this counter? Is it over-priced, or still under-value?

the share price trend upwards with heavy volume and the warrants 2009 double in price, =>100% gain.

Before buy, second thought is needed. The MD of Informatic's Vincent Tan just stepped down few weeks ago, furthermore it recent Financial report was still in the red and with negative Book Value.
Lots of sell queue at 7.5cts.. gonna be quite a long wait

You're rite to define CAO was 'sick' due to flu. Precisely, as their main business then was still very profitable. Their loss was mainly due to oil tradings and speculations that went wrong.This problem was easier to solve with capital injections by the Parent Company & Temasek (a white knight ). Whereas, Informatics was losing money in their core businesses and instead of reporting these losses, the Directors altered the P&L accounts and reported profits. In another words, they're running a 'dying' company and make others believed that it was still healthy. I definitely don't see how this Company could return to their past glory. Just my opinion and was once upon a time their supporter. Cheers!
Prospects are good for this one but frankly, don't see it cheong so soon. Hold for long would be no prob. Else, go shopping in other counters first before coming back to info.
