if capreitchina is rumoured to be heading for delisting, where is the $ going to come to delist capreitchina. Even if there is a delisting, i'm sure the delisting offer price would be higher than it's current price trading at slightly below BV. and regarding market rumours, they are just rumours. there are also rumours that capreitchina is seeking a listing in China once China unveils it's reit rules. Well, only time will tell. I still believe capreitchina is worth buying and holding at current valuations. just my humble opinion.
joshlai86, there are market talks of CapitaReitChina (CRCT) being delisted after the listing if CapitaMalls Asia (CMA).

wait for details on monday. expected announcement of the IPO pricing on mon. alot depends on whether there are shares allocated for retail investors for balloting. if no shares, then you cant have a piece of the action unless you go through your broker to see if they have placement shares.
