Heard alot of ladies celebrities, like Fan Wong buy Mary Chia Chia Share leh.
That maybe the reason why Mary Chia still above 0.2
10ct will have to wait a bit longer....back to IPO offer price of 0.23ct liao

Can anyone pls help me analyse this counter? I am interested to know. Will Mary Chia price head up, or down?
MC, was listed under the supervision of a Sponsor(s) under d Catalist's Rules. Post IPO, it must retain a Sponsor at all times, or face delisting.
D Sponsor is to determine the suitability of a coy for listing without SGX reviewing the admission of the coy.
D initial NAV was set at 0.033cts n no of shares holding are 163.495m. And 23cts was set as d reasonable px per unit share, base on d last total assets, less liabilities n preference captital. Says now its px is 28cts, its above its NAV(above valuation), means assets value ingreases.
Record of biz: FY06-NPAT 0.749m, FY07 NPAT-1.222m n FY08-NPAT 3.051m. D yr to yr earning trending looks good.
PS: NAV-Calculated as Total assets less liabilities n preferenc capital divide number of ordinary shares outstanding. NAV is a theoritical value of a coy that remains if all the assets were liquidatd at values carried on the balance sheet n then all liabilities paid off. This figure is adjusted for bonus n right issue, stock splits n new share issue.
Mary's fair price is unknown.......I'm not trying to be funny here.......It is impossible to evaluate this business at current moment because it was just listed......There is no financial records dating back at least for last 5 years to make any valid conclusion.......So, new IPOs like this make it hard to come out with a fair value of their share price.......So, all the movement in Mary's share prices are a result of the changing sentiments of the investors right now.........So, it is quite risky to invest without knowing the fair value of their company's shares........However, I think the fair value cannot be more than $0.23 per share which is their IPO pricing......
Just think of it this way, will a company list it's IPO price above or below it's fair value.....since only the company knows it's fair value as it has not published any past financial records for investors to determine it's fair value? Common sense will tell one that a company should and will list it's IPO price at equal to or most likely above it's fair value price per share........List as much as possible at slightly higher price per share better for a company but not so good for investors that will subscribe for the new shares at overvalued share price........
so wat do think mary fair px is?

Another classic case of IPO price movement.......initial spike up due to trading euphoria and then back down to where it started at it's IPO price.......the share price just cannot be supported at high levels for long due to it's business fundamentals which do not warrant such high share price for long......investors will soon realise the fair value of a company's fundamentals.........whether good or bad.......this is just the reality in stocks investing........the same goes for the internet tech bubble some years back.........it just will burst anyway since many internet and tech companies's back then had uncertain business fundamentals that simply do not support their sky high share prices being traded up too high due to overoptimisim and greed.........eventually things have to retrace back to reality (lower fair shares prices) based on companies's fundamentals........
hahaha...mary mati liao! let's short all the way to below 10c!

You might just get it.. gt a pic on mary n wendy.. actually wendy at age of 37 still look quite C.. Mary is old liao, maybe change name to Wendy can perform better..

Ha ha, AK opines that not likely to break below IP0 px of 23cts loh. Unless, there is major market correction. IPO pushed it to H of 40.5 n post heat of 31 cts, so far. Just saw it at 33.5cts, with good vol. Its no of share stands at 163.495m, not high, as usual in Catalyst listing.
Coy is principally engaged in d provision of lifestyle n wellness svcs for both non females n females under its brand name Mary Chia n Urban Homme. He he, quite uncommon to use the founder or Chairman actual name as coy's name. Hope, it will exp d footprint of d coy loh. Owing to current weak economy, more people spending $ wisely, thats may slightly affect the coy biz liao.
Its operated since 06, FY NPFT since then were .749m;1.22m n last FY 3.05M respectively.
Actually my actual pricing fr this counter is less than 0.20. But give Mary Chia investor some hope mah...........
So i jus say less than 0.30.
